ZAFRAN (Crocus Sativus)
Saffron is the world’s most expensive spice, derived from the flower Crocus Sativus, which is cultivated in only a few places worldwide. Our saffron comes from Iran, the origin of the finest quality saffron. The precious flower is handpicked to ensure the delicate threads of its stigmas are carefully harvested. Each flower produces only three threads.
