At The Mallows, we work with dragée – a traditional method where the marshmallow is slowly coated with chocolate in rotating copper pans at our factory in Glostrup, Denmark. Layer by layer, the chocolate embraces the marshmallow while carefully selected ingredients are added to gradually build flavor, richness, and depth.
This process transforms the marshmallow into an exclusive specialty, where chocolate surrounds the soft center and creates a harmonious balance. It is precisely this way of building flavor, layer by layer, that makes our mallows such a unique experience.

The marshmallows from “The Mallows” are your childhood snack reinterpreted in a gourmet version. Our dream has always been to make mallows a unique taste experience, and here we stand out particularly in texture and the many different flavor combinations.
Over the years, we have developed six different varieties of our mallow squares, and several times a year, we release special limited editions. If you ask us, marshmallows and caramel go hand in hand – this became the starting point for our caramel-filled line, where the varieties are coated with the highest quality Belgian chocolate. For those who appreciate love, we offer our delicate heart-shaped mallows with white chocolate and raspberry. In addition, we have two varieties of our crispy mallows – Crispy Dulce and Crispy Cookie.
Our focus is never to compromise on quality, which is why, we from our factory in Glostrup, carefully select the finest, best, and most natural ingredients from around the world. This is to create the best flavor when you bite through every layer of our mallows. Since 2017, our marshmallows have been continuously perfected into what they are today:

All our ingredients are carefully selected, and at The Mallows, we believe that only the best is good enough. This, of course, also applies to the chocolate that coats most of our products.
We use various types of high-quality luxury chocolate – also from Belgium, where they truly specialize in the art of chocolate-making. This helps complement the soft center of liquid caramel and completes the experience from the inside out.

In two of our varieties, caramel plays a distinctive role in the flavor experience. It adds sweetness and a richer taste to the product. Caramel is featured in our Salted Caramel and Coffee & Caramel. Just like our chocolate, our caramel is carefully selected – it comes from France, where a family-owned company has specialized in producing high-quality caramel for generations.

Our liquorice comes from Iran, which has the perfect climate to produce the best flavor in liquorice root. We use liquorice powder and liquorice granules, both of which are carefully selected.
