The following cards can be used:

Payment
No fee is charged for payment on www.themallows.dk. The amount is only deducted from your card when the goods are dispatched by The Mallows. A larger amount than what you approved during the purchase can never be withdrawn.

All prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK). We reserve the right to change prices without notice, except after a purchase has been completed. There is no refund of VAT when shipping to countries outside the EU. Prices for countries outside the EU are higher due to additional costs associated with shipping goods out of the EU. Local taxes and duties are not covered by The Mallows ApS.

Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers. Please note that to qualify for free shipping, the total paid price must exceed the free shipping threshold.

Delivery Time Delivery time for items ordered on www.themallows.dk is typically within 3-7 business days. Please note that during peak periods, in case of acute illness in our packaging facility, internal packaging handling issues with our distributor, and similar circumstances, longer delivery times may occur.

Track & Trace You will be provided with a tracking number, so you can always monitor your package.

Return Policy
If You Want to Cancel Your Purchase (Right of Withdrawal)

www.themallows.dk provides a 14-day full right of withdrawal, effective from the day the product is received. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you:

  • Received your item
  • Received the last item in physical possession when it concerns an agreement for multiple different items ordered in one order and delivered individually
  • Received the last batch or the last part in physical possession when it concerns an agreement for delivery of a product consisting of multiple batches or parts.

You must notify us within 14 days from receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be sent to info@themallows.dk. In your notice, please make it clear that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to accept the item without also giving us a clear notice.

**Returning Items**

You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the product. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the product is securely packaged. You bear the risk for the product from the moment of delivery.

You lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal on items that, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return.

You can also, with prior agreement, cancel the purchase by providing a clear notice and delivering it in person to the address above.

The condition of the item when you return it:
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as you would in a physical store.

If the product has been used beyond what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive a partial or no refund, depending on the commercial value of the product.

To receive a full refund, you must, therefore, do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the product, but you may not put it into actual use.

Refund of the purchase amount:
If you cancel your purchase, you will naturally receive the amount you have paid to us. In the case of a decrease in value for which you are responsible, this amount will be deducted.

If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for extra costs incurred due to your choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to cancel this agreement. We will carry out such a refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it.

What should I include with the return?
You should enclose a copy of the order confirmation.

Please note that we do not accept packages sent with cash-on-delivery.

**Complaints**

The rules on defects under the Sale of Goods Act may apply to purchases.

When you shop at www.themallows.dk, you have a 24-month warranty, which means that you can either have the product repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a discount, depending on the specific situation.

Naturally, the complaint must be justified, and the defect must not have arisen due to improper use of the product or other damaging behavior.

How quickly should I make a complaint?
You should make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect in the product. If you make a complaint within two months after discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.

We will refund reasonable shipping costs
If the complaint is justified, we will naturally refund your reasonable shipping costs.

When returning the product, please specify the problem in as much detail as possible.

Please note! We do not accept packages sent cash-on-delivery or similar methods.

Remember that the product should always be returned in proper packaging, and be sure to obtain a receipt for shipment so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

**What We Do with Your Personal Information (Privacy Policy)**

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us at www.themallows.dk, we require the following information:

– Phone number
– Email address

We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering the product to you.

The personal information is registered with The Mallows ApS and is stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that this is always done with your explicit consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

The director and web editor of The Mallows ApS have access to the information registered about you.

We do not store customer information encrypted.
We do not transmit customer information encrypted.

Information provided to www.themallows.dk is not in any way shared or sold to third parties, and we do not record any sensitive information. However, through a third party, we send an email asking you to review your shopping experience on www.themallows.dk.

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we register your email address. The email address is not shared with others.

As a registered user with The Mallows ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access the information registered about you. These rights are granted to you under the Personal Data Act, and inquiries related to this should be directed to The Mallows ApS via info@themallows.dk.
